Bright red and very youthful. Fine and complex aroma, very fruity, where ripe wild berries predominate, such as black plum and cassis, very characteristic of this wine, with vanilla notes from the oak aging. Flavorful, full-bodied, complex, it presents ripe fruit with soft and velvety tannins, supported by good acidity, which gives it great balance and a fine and quite long finish.

From vines approximately 25-30 years old, planted in schistous soils, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small 25 kg boxes. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes were pressed (pneumatic press), the wine was fermented and then defecated, partly in new French oak barrels, partly in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, both with controlled turbidity. After fermentation in new 225-liter French oak barrels, the wine aged in barrels for about 6 months. Then the blend was made. The wine was stabilized and filtered.
